The BUYER assumes all risk as to the performance of engines. If any engine not covered under our limited warranty proves to be defective after purchase, the BUYER and not the retailer, distributor or manufacturer assumes all cost necessary to have the engine serviced or repaired including all shipping cost.  The BUYER assumes all cost of damage or loss of property and consequential damages including removal and replacement.

In the rare event of a failure due to workmanship, we will fix, repair or replace at our option any component needing repair. We will then ship the engine back prepaid. If our carrier shipped the engine to us we will reimburse the customer for the inbound freight charges. 

With experience since 1968, we can determine if a failure is from a defective part or  customer abuse. Borowski Race Enterprises reserves the right to make all decisions about warranty coverage and to what extent repairs will be made and at what cost.

We build OUR engines right the first time using only new top quality parts. We don't want comebacks. We go out of our way to minimize the inconvenience to the buyer.

Return Policy and Procedures for Engine Warranty

Borowski Race Enterprises does not accept any returns unless engine has been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number. If Borowski Race Enterprises has to warrant the engine, shipping cost will be reimbursed only if shipped by a Borowski Race Enterprises authorized freight company.

Should engine prove to be free of defects in workmanship and defects in materials after inspection, the BUYER and not the retailer, distributor, or manufacturer assumes all cost necessary to have serviced or repaired including shipping cost.
